Do you require a deposit to reserve a day / time?

We do not require a deposit to book your move! Please let us know immediately if you would like to cancel or reschedule so we can accommodate other customers who might be calling for the same day and time.

Is there a minimum amount of hours for your service?

While it is possible to get you move in a small amount of time, we require a 2 hrs minimum for all Moves.

Are there any hidden charges?

We absolutely do not have any hidden charges. Our pricing is upfront and straight forward.

Do you charge for lunch breaks?

No. You are only billed for the time we work.

Do I have to tip the movers?

Tips are not required but always appreciated.

Is the truck included in your rates?

Yes, Our rates always include the truck.

What time should I expect movers to arrive?

Whether you are moving first in the morning or in the afternoon, the arrival time will always be a window that will be provided to you at the time of booking.

Should I get two or three Movers?

We recommend two movers for most small to average sized apartments, depending on your volume and specifics, three movers might get the job done more efficiently.

How do I make my move go faster?

We will do everything to make your move as efficient as possible. Keep in mind that big and bulky items are moved faster than loose items or open boxes. Also try to keep children and pets in a designated room during the move.

What is the trip charge?

The trip charge covers the time and to get our movers to and from the move, different companies will have different names for it such as trip fee or service fee. The longer the distance, the higher the trip fee. For Example a move from Dallas to Fort Worth will have a higher trip fee that going from Dallas to Plano.
